Pi Singles at Couslon's Wine Cellar Tasting

Pi Singles at Couslon's Wine Cellar Tasting

Posted on behalf of Pi Society

Following on from his first event, Pi members are invited to Richard Coulson's second Wine Tasting Evening, focusing on wines for Christmas.  It's open to all, with the usual friendly Pi host to welcome you too.

Coulson's Wines for Christmas

Christmas is fast approaching, so with that in mind I have chosen wines that will work with all the traditional Christmas fayre for the whole of festive period.

Christmas day, for me always starts with a breakfast of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs accompanied with a beautiful sparkling wine. A fabulous start to the day.

We will be tasting white wines and red wines to go with everyones favourite festive food; of course Turkey, but I have often had Roast Duck and dont forget that Goose is still the traditional bird for Christmas day.

We will also be tasting some fabulous dessert wines to go with Christmas pudding, as well as wines for the cheese board.

Look forward to seeing you there.
